Our five-week stay in Villa 11 was wonderful. The villa was great, the property beautifully designed and furnished, and our kids in particular loved the large swimming pool as they practically lived in it most of the time. More than anything, your help with every little detail was truly outstanding. Travelling to Central America for the first time, we were not quite sure what to expect. But from the very beginning it was a pleasure dealing with you, and your professionalism made the whole trip a wonderful experience.
With such a long stay, little snags are inevitable, but the way you stayed on top of everything and got things done makes most New York apartment operators look like amateurs.
We have travelled much over the years, and have had mixed experiences in a number of countries. Our stay in Playa Blanca was one of our best experiences ever, and after being back in New York less than 24 hours we miss the property very much and look forward to coming back.

Trying to have things taken care of when you are far away has been a disaster. Many of us had jobs and obligations that prevented us from being on site to handle and supervise work. I had a property manager who allowed huge holes to be broken in five areas of our condo and then allowed the holes to stay open, against our instructions, creating a mildew crisis in our apartment. I thought our place was ruined forever. Our property manager apparently had incompetent workers and we were not there to supervise the job. We had a lot of broken tile that could not be replaced because the same time was no longer available.
BUT WE WERE SAVED BY CHARLES AND AMERICA!
Charles and America appraised the damage and quickly and expeditiously hired contractors and stayed in our apartment with them as the work was being performed. The leaks were repaired properly, the huge holes in the walls fixed and the condo painted. The decorating skills of Charles and America were most important (they are first and foremost decorators) because they needed to find tile to replace the broken tile that resulted from the awful work done initially. They also worked all week on damage control caused by the humidity by placing their own dehumidifier in our condo, returning frequently to empty the water and move the dehumidifier from room to room.
The end result was an apartment put back together by two experienced and professional people, who responded immediately to phone calls, who took photos of the work as each task was being completed and who completed the process in one week! They worked tirelessly on our behalf. I wanted to share this experience with all of you.
